Update On Brock Lesnar’s Retirement

Brock Lesnar announced his retirement from wrestling after losing to Oba Femi at the SummerSlam PPV. Despite the hometown loss, there are many who believe The Beast is not done yet.

According to Wrestlevotes on Fightful Select, there is a strong belief within the company that Brock Lesnar is not retired. With WrestleMania 43 being held in Saudi Arabia, high-ranking people still envision Lesnar wrestling at the show:

“WrestleVotes Radio spoke again with a source regarding Lesnar’s future after his retirement announcement on The Pat McAfee Show. Despite Lesnar stating that he is finished in the ring, we’re told there are high ranking officials within WWE who still believe he’ll be involved with WrestleMania 43 in some capacity.”

One name claimed that they “can’t envision Lesnar walking away before one final payday in Saudi Arabia”. If a deal for a match could not be reached, the door for a potential Hall of Fame induction for Lesnar in the Middle East is also open.
