Vince McMahon To Settle WWE Merger Lawsuit With Enormous Sum

Vince McMahon and WWE have agreed to pay an enormous sum to settle the WWE-UFC merger lawsuit.

According to a new report from Bloomberg Law, McMahon and his insurers have agreed to pay $42.5 million to settle the lawsuit brought on by shareholders claiming that the WWE-UFC merger in 2023 unfairly benefited McMahon and others.

WWE had previously agreed to pay $105 million so now the total proposed settle stands at $147.5 million.

Vince McMahon, 80, resigned from his position of executive chairman and the TKO board of directors over the Janel Grant lawsuit in January 2024.
