Viral internet sensation ‘The Costco Guy’ A.J. Befumo has revealed that he will be coming out of retirement to wrestle one more match for All Elite Wrestling.

Befumo, alongside his son Eric previously made an appearance for Tony Khan’s promotion at the All Out PPV on September 7. They were part of a segment hosted by RJ City and Renee Paquette.

The internet celebrities then announced on Twitter earlier today that they will be returning to the company. Befumo revealed that he has signed a contract to wrestle one more match for AEW:

“I am wrestling one more match and it will be for AEW, All Elite Wrestling. We don’t know exactly where, we don’t know exactly who my opponent’s gonna be, but I am wrestling for one match at All Elite Wrestling. The contract is signed.”

The father-son duo of A.J. Befumo and his son Eric have taken TikTok by storm in 2024. They have become famous for their videos where they share their love for all things Costo.

Not a lot of people are aware of Befumo’s wrestling history, however. Long before becoming a viral sensation, Befumo was a professional wrestler competing under the persona of ‘The American Powerhouse’ Eric Justice.

While A.J. retired from active competition back in 2005, his love for the sport and his time in the business remains as strong. The fact that he has named his 11-year-old son after his wrestling persona is further proof that he has not forgotten that time.
