The Rock has shared a powerful message explaining the importance of checking in on our loved ones on the international mental health day.
World Mental Health Day was first celebrated back in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health. Each year since then, supporters come together on October 10 to spread awareness on mental health issues and their effect on people’s lives.
The Hollywood star and wrestling veteran shared a video message on the occasion on various social media platforms. He noted that for anyone struggling, the power of checking in can make a world of difference.
The People’s Champion also encouraged anyone dealing with mental health issues to reach out and ask for help, giving the message that being vulnerable is ok:

The Rock’s WWE Return
The Rock recently made his WWE return during the October 5 Bad Blood PPV. He interrupted the celebration of Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns after the duo picked up a victory against The Bloodline in the main event of the show.
It’s believed that the former World Champion is pulling the strings behind the latest evolution of the Bloodline. He is the one who has inspired Solo Sikoa and his cousins to oust Roman Reigns from the group.
Roman has been announced to make an appearance on this Friday’s episode of SmackDown and it’s likely that we’ll see The Rock confronting his cousin on the show.
