WWE will present the 2024 Bad Blood PPV from State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia tonight. A total of 5 matches have been announced for the return of the classic PPV. The final chapter of some long-standing storylines is expected to be written on the show while new branches open up for the company’s top feuds. Here is our guide on all the matches and what to expect from them:
Shark Cage Match For Women’s World Championship – Liv Morgan (c) Rhea Ripley
Dominik Mysterio will not be able to help his beloved Liv Morgan in this bout as he will be suspended above the ring. This doesn’t mean Morgan is completely helpless, however, as the new Judgment Day would still be available for service. The champion has also been dropping hints for the return of her former partner Raquel Rodriguez after she was pulled from the internal roster in March this year.
WWE Women’s Championship Match – Nia Jax (c) vs. Bayley
Jax will have not one but two threats to look out for. WWE has been teasing Ms. Money In The Bank Tiffany Stratton turning on her partner for a while and tonight’s big stage seems to be the perfect destination to pull the trigger on this turn.
Singles Match – Damian Priest vs. Finn Balor
Priest has not been able to get his hands on Balor in a one-on-one match since the latter turned on him at SummerSlam and cost him the World Title. Expected to be the final chapter of their ongoing rivalry, the outcome of the bout will tell us a lot about which one of the two stars the company officials are looking at as the future of the roster.
Tag Team Match – The Bloodline (Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa) vs. Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes
Both teams have cracks of their own and it’ll be a competition about which team can put their personal feelings aside and work together between the bells. Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns are WrestleMania rivals and trust is in short supply despite assurances from both sides.
On the other hand, Jacob Fatu has shown faith in his tribal chief till now but his increasing popularity is worrying for Solo Sikoa. The Rock is the invisible X factor of this whole situation and one can always wonder if the People’s Champion is the one pulling the strings from behind the scenes.
Hell In A Cell Match – CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre
The Blood feud between the arch-rivals will come to a close tonight but at what cost? Feelings of hatred are at their peak and both superstars will be looking to finish the other off once and for all with minimal concern for their win-loss record. Seth Rollins, who returned to TV on Monday night has bones to pick with both the names and they’ll have to be looking over their shoulder for the Architect throughout the night.
WWE Bad Blood 2024 will have a special start time of 6:00 p.m. ET/3:00 p.m. PT because of the UFC 307 PPV taking place at 10:00 p.m. ET on the same night.
