The Undertaker Offers Unexpected Praise To High Flying WWE Star

The Undertaker is an old-school wrestler and he is generally known to enjoy the slow-paced style of wrestling that tells a story over high-flying fast-paced matches. This doesn’t necessarily mean however, that the dead man can’t appreciate the talent of someone like Ricochet who does incredible things in the ring.

The WWE Hall of Famer gave his opinion on a number of current generation stars on the latest episode of his Six Feet Under podcast.

Giving his opinion on The One And Only, Taker mentioned how Ricochet makes everything he does look flawless. The former World Champion revealed that he has been following the high flyer’s career since before his time in WWE:

“He makes it look so easy, so flawless…I’ve loved him since he was Prince Puma when he was doing that Lucha Underground and then that match with Will Ospreay he had in New Japan that went viral. I love that style of fast-paced wrestling. Like, I can’t do that. I’m so impressed because I can’t do that.”

The Undertaker also gave some praise to Randy Orton who has recently returned from a long hiatus due to his back injury. He discussed how Orton has learned to put on good matches while also not taking unnecessary risks.

Ricochet has his WWE contract expiring in a few months and he has given his notice to WWE according to Fightful Select. The former Lucha Underground star has already been written off TV by the company and he is not expected to return to WWE TV.
